Vice President, Talent and Technology Development
Larry Clark is vice president of talent and technology development for Comcast Corp. In this role, Clark is responsible for all leadership development, executive development and professional and career development for Comcast. He also oversees the development efforts for all of Comcast’s technologists, including software developers, network engineers and systems engineers across the organization.
Clark has more then 25 years of experience in learning, talent management, succession planning, organizational development and technology. Prior to joining Comcast in February 2012, Clark spent 12 years with Microsoft Corp., where he played various roles in advancing learning, leadership development and talent management for Microsoft’s global field organization. Clark has also held positions in learning consulting and management consulting, with a particular focus on quality and high-performance work teams.
